Antaris Consulting is committed to using Artificial Intelligence (AI) responsibly, transparently and in a way that protects the privacy, confidentiality and interests of our clients, employees and website visitors. This AI Policy explains our approach to AI and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to explain how Antaris Consulting uses Artificial Intelligence in the course of our business, and the safeguards we apply to protect your information when we do.

Scope

This policy applies to Antaris Consulting’s own use of AI in delivering our consultancy and training services, and to any AI-related features on our website. It does not apply to AI tools or products that are developed, supplied or operated by our clients or by other organisations.

How We Use AI

From time to time, Antaris Consulting may use AI tools to support our work — for example, to help draft or improve documents, carry out background research, summarise information, or make our internal processes more efficient. AI may support our consultants and trainers in their work, but it does not replace their professional judgement, expertise and oversight.

Human Oversight and Accuracy

All work we prepare for our clients is reviewed by a qualified member of our team before it is issued, regardless of what tools were used to help prepare it. We do not treat AI-generated content as a substitute for professional judgement, and we take reasonable steps to check that any AI-assisted work is accurate, relevant and appropriate before we share it.

AI and Your Personal Data

We only use AI tools in a way that is consistent with our Privacy Policy and with data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not use special category personal data (such as information about health, or racial or ethnic origin) with any AI tool, and we do not use personal data to train third-party AI models. Where a task involves personal or confidential information, we assess whether an AI tool is appropriate before it is used, and put safeguards in place — such as data processing agreements with our suppliers — where this is required.

We do not use AI to make automated decisions about you that have a legal or similarly significant effect, without meaningful human involvement.

Confidentiality

Where AI tools are used in connection with client work, we take care to protect confidential and commercially sensitive information, and we only use tools that meet our internal information security standards.

Third-Party AI Tools

Some of the AI tools we use are provided by third parties. We review these tools before using them for business purposes, including how they store and use any information submitted to them. Where a third-party AI tool processes personal data on our behalf, this is reflected in our Privacy Policy.

AI on Our Website

We do not currently use AI-powered chatbots, automated profiling, or AI-driven personalisation on our website. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy, and our Cookie Policy, accordingly.

Our Commitment to Information Security

Antaris Consulting is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management. Our approach to AI is guided by the same commitment to protecting information that underpins that certification.

Keeping This Policy Up to Date

We keep this AI Policy under regular review to reflect changes in technology, in our own use of AI, and in relevant law and regulation. This policy was last reviewed in August 2026.
