Leading with Environmental Sustainability (Half Day)

Driving Strategic Change for a Sustainable Future
* This course runs in-house only.

Introduction

Climate change, biodiversity loss, and environmental pressures present some of the most significant challenges facing businesses today. If these challenges are not addressed, organisations risk operational disruption, increased regulatory costs, and loss of competitive advantage. Such consequences could result in reduced profitability, reputational damage, and long-term instability. By adapting strategies, embracing innovation, and building resilience, organisations can safeguard their future, capture new market opportunities, and lead in a sustainability-driven economy.

The ISEP Leading with Environmental Sustainability programme is an intensive 4.5-hour strategy session designed for senior leaders responsible for shaping long-term business strategy. This interactive course empowers leaders to reassess their organisation’s approach to environmental sustainability, identify opportunities for value creation and set a clear path towards sustainable growth.
