Introduction

Antaris Consulting is seeking an Energy Consultant to play a key role in developing the energy & carbon management segment of our business in Ireland.

    Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultancy and project support to companies under the supervision of a senior consultant
  • Implement, maintain and improve ISO 50001 energy management systems
  • Conducting energy reviews and developing energy baselines
  • Planning for collection of energy data
  • Assisting clients with energy objectives, targets and energy performance indicators (EnPIs)
  • Identification, analysis, design, costing and project management of energy conservation projects
  • Conducting energy audits as required by ISO 50001 and the European Union (Energy Efficiency) Regulations 2014
  • Assisting with the identification of energy training and awareness requirements
  • Assisting clients with carbon foot printing and reduction strategies
  • Climate change risk analysis and strategies
  • Manage projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables
  • Effectively manage and build client relationships leading to repeat business
  • Knowledge of environmental management systems would be beneficial
  • Working with clients to ensure compliance with Ireland’s Climate Action Plan and other related energy / environmental legislation
  • Conducting Greenhouse gas reports and lifecycle analysis
  • Being able to suggest solutions to improve organisational performance with respect to energy and carbon (Net Zero Emissions), water, waste, circular economy, and biodiversity
  • Working with ESG reporting initiatives including GRI, GHG Protocol, SBTi and CDP
  • Manage projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables

    Education and Experience
  • BSc related to the following disciplines: Engineering, Energy or Environment with a minimum of three years’ experience working in consulting or industrial role
