GOLD Certification – Excellence Through People

We are delighted to announce that Antaris was awarded Gold certification in the Excellence Through People assessment to the ETP1000:2017 specification. The assessment was carried out on 5 November 2020.

The assessor concluded that the human resource management systems and practices in Antaris complied with the requirements of all 5 sections of the ETP1000:2017 specification and merited the award of Gold certification. The criteria against which the assessment was carried out are as follows:

Section 3 – Leadership & People Management

Section 4 – Learning & Development

Section 5 – HR Systems and Employee Wellbeing

Excellence Through People is a certification scheme accredited by the Irish Institute of Training and Development and assessed by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and is designed to help improve your organisation. It enables you to engage better with your employees, recognising that they are a key source of competitive advantage. Organisations who achieve between 71% – 85% are awarded ETP Gold certification.
