Antaris Consulting is pleased to announce that post the evaluation process, it has been identified as Iarnród Éireann – Irish Rail’s preferred bidder for ISO auditing and training services in accordance with the published award criteria. This project will continue for 3-5 years.
The Department of the Chief Civil Engineer provides track maintenance, track construction, and asset management services within the organisation of Iarnród Éireann across approx. 2200km of linear operational railway routes.
The department is comprised of the following sub-departments: Infrastructure Management Dublin, Infrastructure Management Athlone, Infrastructure Management Limerick Junction, The Production Department, Technical Department and Building and Facilities Department.
Iarnród Éireann requires the provision of ISO Auditing and Training services to the department of the Chief Civil Engineers across various locations in Ireland and online.
Services that will be provided by Antaris include:
- Internal ISO Audits: Undertaking a fully integrated ISO QMS, Health and Safety and EMS internal audit using existing IE departmental Internal Audit templates
- Delivery of Integrated IS0 9001 2015, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 2015 foundation courses that can be carried out in both classroom setting and online
- Development and delivery of specific short online briefings on individual ISO requirements to IE on topics such as Continual Improvement, Legislative Requirements, Calibration, Operations and Communications
- Gap Analysis Audit of the Department against ISO 45001, ISO9001, and ISO 14001 requirements
