While we don’t buy a new car every day we can consider the environmental benefits and cost savings from purchasing an electric vehicle in the future. Home heating and insulation options are plentiful these days and we can consider which works best for us while reducing energy and long-term cost.  Heat pumps, solar power, and electricity from renewable sources may make sense for many of us.
