Power Property had health and safety documentation in place but required it to be updated to reflect the growth it had experienced over the previous five years. It also needed it to be updated to reflect government guidelines on COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Power Property is the leading firm of independent Commercial & Residential Property Consultants, Chartered Valuation Surveyors, Estate Agents and Asset & Property Advisers and operates from its Limerick, Galway and Athlone offices.
The firm was established in 1993 and has developed a reputation for excellence in the provision of property and commercial consultancy services across a wide client base within the commercial property market.
Power Property had a Safety Statement and comprehensive risk assessments covering all activities that the company was engaged in. However, it required health and safety documentation that was more accessible to its employees. In addition, it needed its documentation to be updated to reflect government guidelines on COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Antaris reviewed the Power Property Safety Statement and risk assessments. We completely reformatted the Safety Statement rendering it more readable and accessible to Power Property personnel. We also updated the risk assessments and COVID response plan to reflect government guidelines on COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Ciara Higgins supported Power Property throughout the delivery of this project. The Safety Statement is now more comprehendible and accessible and amenable to being updated should the need arise.
